If you'd like to manage your account online please visit our Online Portal. Our portal allows you to:

	Pay your rent using your checking or savings account
	Setup recurring automated monthly payments so your rent is paid from your checking or savings account each month automatically
	View your account balance and transaction history
	Update your contact information on file
	Submit a service request to our operations team
	Monitor and track all open service requests through completion
	Submit notification of move-out and provide your forwarding information

Use the following contact information for Utility providers in Chicago. Chicago tenants are responsible for calling these providers and placing service in your name immediately upon move in. You may be asked to fax a copy of your lease to the utility provider to begin service.
